TweetPutting the weights back where they belong is a big one for me. I hate spending 5 to 10 minutes of my time having to search for a weight throughout the gym because it wasn't put back in it's proper place. If it's too heavy for you to put it back then don't take it off the rack and if it's not too heavy and you still don't put it back then your just straight lazy and should work on some other things other then your body. Just sayin.

Tweetthat isnt nothing man. i had a dude that weighed about 170 try to explain to me how the most effective way to do stiff leg deadlifts for max recruitment. he added a shrugging motion in at the top also. funny thing is even on stage, one of my hams not my whole leg just the ham, is bigger than his waist. i blew him off but one of my training partners heckled him a little bit
