TweetSooo football season is about to end and im gonna have A LOT of extra time on my hand before we start our team lifting and running. I was thinking about trying to get two lifts in one day.
I posted a sample split i was thinking of trying....Do you think this split would bring on over training and is unrealistic?
1. Monday morning=Chest/tris (Heavy, low reps)....Monday Evening=Back/Bis (Light, high reps)
2. Tuesday morning=Legs (Heavy, low reps).........Tuesday Evening=Shoulders (Heavy, low reps)
3. Wednesday morning=OFF...............................Wednesda y Evening=Back/Bis (Heavy, low reps)
4. Thursday morning=Chest/tris (Light, high reps)..Thursday Evening=Legs (Light, low reps)
5. Friday morning=OFF......................................F riday Evening=Shoulders (Light, high reps)

Arnold's old workout.
TweetI actually have his encyclopedia and love it lol, his workouts are awesome but i have a very large chest, back and legs in proportion to my arms and shoulders, because of lifting for football my whole life, and i want to get into bodybuilding so with this workout i have a least once a day either shoulders or arms just to fix my proportion. ...Lets say you were looking at doing this split, do you think you would invite over training easily with it?...I know i need to listen to my body but i am not good at that, i have hit over training before but didn't notice it till it was extremely bad, loss muscle, strength, and got extremely sick from it.
Thanks for the input!
