This is applicable to training too....

As people...many are a creature of habit, and that can limit growth and healthy changes. Change is scary, and uncomfortable, so many choose to stay right where they are. That's feels "safe" but doing so will stunt your growth.

Be brave, and change a tradition, create some new! Work on changing unhealthy patterns.

It may feel safe to stay right where you are at. Maybe you don't feel confident enough to do what it takes to implement new traditions, and patterns? You can do anything you st your mind too.

Spruce up an old family tradition. Make a conscious effort to be aware, of unhealthy patterns, that have been passed from generation to generation. Work hard too change it.

We have to be brave enough to step up to the plate, even when we are scared. You will know when you have accomplished this because you will feel great! There are the humble ones that will be happy enough, for themselves, and they will not share. Then there will be the people who are happy, and they may boast about it. This world needs both kind!!! I feel balance is the key to everything. Balance is a goal that you will constantly be working on.

Go spot that gym goer that drives you nuts, or a hello, a smile. If you need more ideas, I have toolbox full of them.
