Ingredients:

Chicken Breast (think or thin, whatever you like)

Homemade gravy or a good jarred sauce

parmesan cheese

panko bread crumbs

egg

milk

olive oil



Directions:

*Beat egg and some milk in a bowl

*mix parmesan cheese with a lil bread crumbs, but I use mostly parmesan

*dredge chicken breast in parm/breadcrmb mixture and then quickly put in egg milk mixture coating both sides

*dredge chicken breast again in the parm/breadcrumb mixture

*brown on both sides in heated pan with oilive oil ( do not cook through though)

*place browned chicken breast in shallow roasting pan and cover with sauce

*sprinkle more cheese on

Sometimes I throw mozzarella on top of that too

Bake in oven for about 45 minutes and less if you are using thin chicken breasts

You can cover the first half of cooking time and then I take the cover off cause we like things a bit crispier


I do not follow a recipe and I do change things ups sometimes so you can get as creative as you want. The quality and taste of the sauce makes a big difference
