TweetI have been working on bringing the bar all the way down. I used to go about 2 or 3 inches away but have been going lower to try and recruit more muscle fibers. Recently been throwing in guiletines, where you bring the bar down to the base of the neck too. Very tough, had to cutthe weight in almost 1/2. You also pretty much end up with a pause at the bottom because you need to go slow.
