TweetI used to watch ever wrestling event with my uncle when I was younger I just stopped watching it after I got older
TweetGotta admit, one of my "guilty" pleasures is watching pro wrestling. I used to be much more into it in the past, but after the era of guys like Stone Cold Steve Austin n' The Rock came to pass, I kinda gave up on it. But lately I've been getting back into it. I like TNA the best, as they have guys I like Kurt Angle, and "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner just came back. Man, that guy can talk some chit, and still looks pretty good at his age. And The Rock has come back to WWE for some gigs, and he'd prolly the best with mic skills. Now if I could just get my girl to watch some with me!

TweetI stopped after the Rock and Stone Cold but will probably watch it more since Rock is back. No one does it as good on the mic as the Rock!!

TweetI'm with you, RW. I was always an "old school" fan of wrestling. I grew up watching Mid-South Wrestling, where guys like Junkyard Dog, Dick Murdock, Ted Dibiase, and Hacksaw Butch Reed got their start. I used to be a huuuuge fan of ECW and WCW when they were around 15 years ago.
Now I'm a bigger fan of TNA than I am of WWE. And you might be happy to know that, before Hogan and Eric Bishoff came to TNA, Sting, Rick Steiner, and Kevin Nash were regulars there. I think it was a big FUK UP when TNA brought those losers there. Alot of ECW guys are there too. As I see it, Jeff Jarrett (co-owner of TNA) is trying to give Vince McMahon (owner of WWE) a run for his millions.
Tweetit was entertaining....we stopped watching a few years ago. we was really into it for a little while.

I LOVE BOOBOOKITTY...
TweetI watched it back when I was a kid too, back in florida in the mid seventies. Dusty Rhodes, Ric Flair and all those guys. then in Houston it was kinda cool when it would come on every saturday night we had Jim "hacksaw"Duggan, Ted Dibiase, The Sheik, Midnight Express, but then it just got kinda silly there after awhile in the later 90's. my lil brother really got into it, he passed away a few years ago and I get choked up even when I see the preveiws on tv. since then I havent really kept up with it. probally still just as fun eatin' a pizza and getting all pi$$ed off in front of the tv. lol

TweetYeah, like a lot of youz guyz I grew up around it and saw the "glory years." I remember watching guyz like Chief Jay Strongbow, Bruno Sammartino, etc on a 'lil b&w TV when I was a kid. Then in the 80s it totally ruled, with guys like Hulk Hogan. Macho Man, Ultimate Warrior, Road Warriors, etc. Then up in the 90s ya had The Rock, Stone Cold, etc. I still get a kick outa it.

TweetI like UFC, MMA, boxing, etc. too, broh. Wrestling is just supposed to be entertainment, not a "real deal" for fighting.

TweetPeople can call them fakes all they want, but those dudes are amazing athletes.
TweetOh, hell yeah! It is amazing to see them in action, especially live! N' some of those cats are f'n MONSTERS! I have a pict with Vader's hand around my neck, and his f'n hand was like a catcher's mitt!

TweetThe original reality show!
They call you paranoid until the worst happens, and in the aftermath they will call you a hero.
TweetHa! Good call! I'll take rasslin' anytime over pukes like "The Jersey Shore," though!
