      Okay i am currently running this cylce:
      Weeks 1-2: 10mg M1T and 60mcg Clen
      Weeks 3-4: 75mg Ephedrine and 600mg Caffeine
      Weeks 5-6: 10mg M1T and 60mcg Clen
      Weeks 7-8: 75mg Ephedrine and 600mg Caffeine
      Weeks 7-10: Nolva @ 40mg, 30mg, 20mg, 20mg and Milk Thistle

      My weight when i started was 163 (clothed with shoes), i was benching about 270. Im 5'8. I started this cycle on monday and have been eating very clean. Its day four now and im at 156 clothed with shoes. I'm tryin to get down to 145 for wrestling, My BF is dropping and im starting to notice more definition and my strength hasnt haulted a bit. I'm about 13% or less BF. I was around 14% or so.

      ANyways what do u guys think abut this, give me your input and advice...

      im starting week 2 today, did my chest workout and got 225x6. SO stength is up did decline very heavy as well. BF is down considerably. Noticing really define definition in the upper chest. Veins are starting to come out around the waist and shoulders. My diet has been great. Just started cardio this week. Ran 40 min today (4+ miles). I feel tremendous. IM getting great pumps from the m1t. Very excited about the results im seeing and cant wait till i finish up this cycle.

      I noticed week 1-2 is m1t, and then u pick it back up again on week5. Those 2 weeks are enough to loose a lot of what u gained and throw everything off balance, even if ur trying to gain, the loose, week to week. If I were u id run nolva at 40-40, or 30-30 for those 2 weeks with the ephedrin/caffein. Either way, good luck.

      my bad, i shoulda read that more carfulely this is my cycle:

      Weeks 1-3: 10mg M1T

      I weighed in today 152 w/o shoes. So I've made my original goal, now I see I can loose more. Im goin for 145. I havent lost any muscle and seem to be getting stronger. Do you think I can get lower than 145 and still maintain strength? Wrestling starts in the last week of Nov or first week of Dec.

      well...the more weight you lose the harder it's going to be to maintain strength...

      Ok I weighed in again at my gym and I'm 151 w/o shoes. My BF is down, my chest looks more chizled as do my legs, arms and shoulders. My stomach is getting there. J/W whys it that the stomach is always the hardest part to loose? Any tips to help get that area cut, or is it just a matter of cardio. I know I got abs cause I can feel them and partialy see the top 2.

      I'm relatively new to the PH game but shouldn't you run m1t in 4 week intervals(4on4off) followed by a PCT? I understand it shuts down your test production so if you go weeks 1-2 then off of it 2 weeks, thats 2 weeks of being shut down etc? am i wrong here?

      I dont understand what ur saying. Im running 3 weeks M1t then 3 weeks M5aa. THen ill do PCT. If i was doing 4 weeks of m1t alone then id do PCT on my 4 weeks off.

      Im kinda confused at where my weights coming off. Ive lost 12 pounds but I still have my stomach. NO six pac. Why is this? I was only 13.5% I know I didnt loose muscle so whats the explination on this?

      OKay day 13, I got one more day for my first two weeks on clen. Today was shoulders and traps. Oh yea I weighed in today at 150. Anyways I did shoulder press on the smith machine with 70lbs on each side. Which is the most Ive ever done. I did that as my final set for 6. I got 65x10 which is four more reps than i got before. Traps feel like they grew from my workout today. I shrugged 225x12. And then I went to this shrug machine in my gym and put 3 45lb plates on each side and got that 15x. I cant wait till monday to see if my bench went up some more. Tommorow is my off day, so im gonna do some morning cardio and maybe have a cheat meal. I'm sorta scared to do a cheat meal. I may go get a sweet onion chicken terriyaki from subway. SO i wont feel too quilty. Ill update this on monday. Hopefully that stupid hurricane wont hit here.

      Day 15: Just started ephedrine and caffine. My cardio today was and hour and a half of intense wrestling conditioning (best freakin cardio I've ever gotten). Aside from that today was chest day at the gym. Didnt focus too much on bench press this time. I did a few warm up sets of 205, then did 225x5 and 235x1 (wasnt focused at all on that one). then i hit up some DB incline. started w/ the 60's, then 65's (they used to be workin sets, but i got them 10 times easy today). So i did 70x10 and 75x8 (first time i ever used the 75's, i felt big). I did other chest some flys and a few sets of decline (nothing significant to mention there). I weighed in today, not on an empty stomach and was 149. The lbs are just comming off and strength is either stayin the same or slowly going up. Cals were too low today. The ephedrine made me loose my appetite. Its not too bad though because i cheated on sunday so i guess it levels them out. Energy was up despite the low cals. I decided to just keep droping weight till either i loose too much strength or till im like 6-8%BF. So im shooting for 140-145. I figure if my strength goes down a lil it'll be worth it. 149 and benchin 275 is good but then again if i drop to 140 -145 and can only bench 260-270 thats still good.

      Day 16. Weighed in at 148. Today was back day. I got insane back and forearm pumps. It was hard to finish my workout. I did Lat pulldowns for 170x6. I dunno how that crap i did that either. I went up 20lbs in that particular exercise. I did some t-bar rows w/ 115x10 (2 45's and a 25). I did bent over rows @ 145x10. By this time My pumps were too much to handle. I tried to do some reverse grip rows but my arms were too pumped. Couldnt grip for deads either (pissed me off so much). I decided I'd do my deads in the AM on shoulder day (sat). or on friday (leg day). Most likely saturday though. As far as BF is going, i still havent gotten it checked yet. I see alot more definition in my legs, arms, shoulders and upper chest though. Noticable fat loss around my top to abs. (thery're finally comin in, you can faintly see the first too). Diet couldnt have gone better today. Tons of protien, minimal fat and jus enough carbs. I'm so siked about the results im finally seeing.
