Tweetthat first post was like the longest run on sentence in history.....lol. Seriously though, when I'm on AS I try to stay as healthy as possible. Wash your hands frequently, take your vitamins, shower A LOT....all the shit you'd normally do to fight the risk of some infection. Sucks to pay so much money for a cycle and then feel like you didn't get your money's worth because of a sickness that set in
TweetAlways finish a cycle of antibiotics...you finish your cycle of gear, don't you? If you dont knock an infection out completely, it will regenerate in a form resistant to antibiotics, so then you gotta do a longer cycle of a stronger antibiotic.
There is no substitute for experience......
Tweeti wouldn't place too much of the blame on the antibiotics.. i think its more the illness.
i have had a host of health probs in the past while, and ive been on anti-b's for the past month and a half, different kinds, different dosages. ive been really lazy and unmotivated, and a few other annoying sides, but nothing serious.
I've lost about 5 pounds, but this is only because ive been eating a lot less than i normally do. But when im in the gym i feel strong, get a good pump and generally have a good workout.
My suggestion to you is run the anti-b's the way the doc says, and tough out the sides, and make sure your diet doesn't change, even though it's so easy to slack in that area when you're feeling shitty. latz
