Should I take it all pre-workout or should I spread it out through out the day? I have ready different thing on different forums.

I am taking 20mg ed.
I will take 5mg every four hours until I go to sleep then start again the next day.
Stable as can be with 20mg.

TweetWell fellas my blood pressure was getting so bad tha tI had to cut it off. I tried cayenne pepper and I went on IML advanced cycle support and my blood pressure was still readint high 140's/90. So **** it I had to quit.
TweetIt is a short half life.. but I always just split the dose 2x per day.. usually preworkout and again early evening. Never had any issues and the pumps from it pre workout are nice.
Tweetmy very first time and only time on anadrol I got major nose bleeds and had to stop because of my blood pressure and this was when I was 100% fine no medical problems. Got strong as a ox but imo not worth taking for me

Tweetstable blood levels from dbol is over rated, and im not kidding. I always like my dbol preworkout. Keeps the bloat down a little more and man do you get a boost in the gym.
Tweetyea...i too tried btoh 4x's a day and just pre-workout....IF i ever do again it will be just pre-workout....it would be different if it was an only dbol cycle. then i'd want stable blood levels, but something about looking like my face is going to explode or burts into flame all day just didnt excite me

TweetIve never had any issues with taking dbol or drol and love them both.If I had to choose,i'll pick drol every time though.
I do beleive in splitting the doses throughout the day due to n ot only the fact that the half life is so short but since dbol is better utilized during digestion,its always better to take it during meals so during one of my many meals throughout the day,its easy and convenient to take along with them.
I truly am a believer in taking it all at once will create an unstable hormone level in your body as dbol absolutely affects test production as well so loading up on a huge dose all at once and then going "dry" the rest of the day logically can only result in a negative hormone environment.
I know many that swear by taking it before hitting the gym,but I personally have never seen an improvement so for me anyway,the cons far outweighed the pros.
