If she's been ok'd, and has been doing this all along pre-pregnacy, she should continue, to do so. I wouldn't change anything really, unless it becomes uncomfortable, then I would back off. She should be able to continue at the pace she's at, as well as weight training, I think it helps. She may come to a point in here last trimenster when it becomes time to back off the weight training, but may many women I have helped have continued right up to giving birth~
