TweetIMO I WOULD THINK IF YOUR TAKING IN ENOUGH CALORIES AND TRAINING HARD THAT YOU WOULDNT NEED ALOT OF MGS. BUT IF YOU DO TAKE MORE IT WILL WORK BUT ITS ALL ABOUT YOUR CALORIE INTAKE AND YOUR PROTEIN AND CARBS RATIO IMO

TweetAll other things being equal. i.e. training, sleep, diet., imo more mgs is better to a point. I think there comes a point that there are diminishing returns for more mgs and the potential side effects and lack of more gains makes it not worth while to add mgs. Time is probably a greater factor than mgs at some point.

Tweeti think everyone has their own "sweet spot", the highest amount for the biggest return with the least amount of side/waste...for me, 600mgs eq was good. 900mgs was awsome, 1200mgs was the same as 900, so no need.

Tweeti think it's all about your diet and training. If those are on then you will get better gains with low dose than a high dose with those off. That said i agree that a moderate does with all of those things being on over some time is the best way to go

TweetIMO!!!!, there is an individual threshold which determines the maximum efficacy of ASS when applied to optimum training, diet, and rest. I do think that mega-doses are wasteful in a monetary sense - for most people. I think that modest doses will provide optimum results for the vast majority of BBrs, given proper diet and rest. Frequency of cycling effects this nebulous threshold of course.
Tweetyou know I prefer lower safer doses these days! I prefer to be over all healthy and mgs are for helping me...to high of doses and I can't do cardio, BP goes up, im snappy, etc...
TweetI think that everyone is different in this aspect. I know guys who can run 500mg of test/weekly and grow like weeds and others have to mega dose. Both train just as hard and have the same good eating habits.
Like said above, find your correct dosage for good growth. Unfortunately it may take a few tries.

TweetAgree with everyone. My opinion is if you were taking 500mg test and say 400 mg deca for 12 weeks and then take an 8 week break and try the same cycle, you will not get what you want out of it. Now if you give longer breaks in between cycles you can get better gains. Then if you up your diet while working out it will give you more...until the point where you can't take in anymore calories/protein etc. Then that is a time for a heavy load of mg's of gear. With all equal, I now keep gear light and focus on upping my diet as my cycle progresses to keep from leveling off during a cycle. Less is more in the long run when it comes to gear. Ultimate
TweetUltimate got it right- If you are in it for the long haul- then keep your dosage moderate 500-750 on test and take plenty of time off inbetween runs. Focus more on the diet and excercise and critique those to get the biggest gains. Also switching up compound from time to time helps
Tweetaround 600-750 per week works best for me but depends what it is... I can get ok growth off about 300 min but it depends on what it is. sus definately 750, test e- 400-500. I've gone as high 1200-1500 and other than my ass and legs having a couple more CC's in them did not notice any difference.
