Exactly right... I'm only 26 and I look on Facebook at pictures of some of my friends and it's ridiculous what smoking, drinking, poor diet and lack of exercise has done to them. I can't imagine them when we're 35.

I stopped drinking heavily (ironically) when I was 21. I think this has helped me feel good about myself and stay in shape better than anything else. Nothing kills your motivation to work out and take care of yourself like a hangover...

TweetYes, I'm happy with myself relatively speaking, but with knowing how I should be, no. There has been a time that I looked in the mirror and thought, damn...you've done a hell of a job, but now, no. I got a long way to go. I can't train 6 days a week for 2 hours a day either though, like I could when I was content.
