Hmm.. I'm lucky. I don't bloat. But I have to ask, how is your sodium intake? High??
There are pills that will do water, Lasix, but that can be dangerous if done incorrectly. It is a diuretic that drops water. Top pro's use it before competition to get super shreaded and drop all their sub q water.
It is also what killed Mohammed Be****za.. Not steroids as many would like us to believe.
However, used cautiously and safely is a very good diuretic (I had a very good frind use it for a BB competition and his skin was so dry on comp day).
      Hope I helped a little....

I wouldn't use any type of diuretic if his body fat is above %10 thats just my opinion. Liquidex or Aroma should do the trick. Drink plenty of water... up to 2 galls a day...and make sure that sodium is low as it can be.

I'm with Deno, drink more water and get Aroma or something like it. But, if you are like me, you tell people you are bulking up and eating more than you should. Tell them "I'm eating a lot more to add muscle and then I'll cut back on the calories in about three months". Or when ever you plan to get off the cycle. This way, they accociate it with eating and not anything else. Anyone that has gained weight quickly has noticed a little plumper cheeks.

Dude I feel for you. I get the same problem. If I even smell Test I bloat.
What works for me Tamoxfien(Nolva) -25mg ED and Proviron -50mg.

Also some other things I've come across that helps:

Keep your sodium intake to as little as possible. The sodium helps retain water. I use Sodium-free seasoning on my food.

      Drinks lots of water.

So some light cardio, 20 minutes on level 3 out of 10 for example.
It helps shed some of the water. ( At least for me ).

And when possible, if doing test and you're bloat-prone, best taking one that doesn't stay in your system as long like Prop. If it's not in your system as long, you're not as bloat as long. As for the Deca that's another story.

Also check your protein. Some protein powders ( shakes ) can help make you bloat.

      Hope this helps!
      Good luck to you.
      Rock On!

BTW, be carful with lasix. I have tried it and it can be severe. It does work but can be quite dangerous if not taken very sparingly. Water pills did not do a whole lot for me either.
