TweetAs these other bros have said you the bottom number needs to be lower.
Tweetmine was 178/86 during my last cycle and my doc freaked the fock out!
TweetDude, anyone who tells you 104 in fine shouldn't comment on this subject. No offense. 104 isn't " normal" and yes over 90 is the point to start having concern. I wouldn't worry that your going to stroke out or anything but that doesn't mean it's not poss. Cardio won't do shit to get your BP lowered if the cause is the juice that you are taking. Do you parents have High BP? If so , your predisposition genetically as well. What I find strange is your systolic ( 1st number) is as low or normal but your diastolic(lower number) has increased so much. This is my concern. at 125 you should be like 125/60. That would be normal. Stay on top of this or you'll be as ****ed up as Richard Pryor. He had a stroke from excessive drup use(crack).MF can't wipe his own ass.
TweetOn top of that you basically start cooking your organs, all of them.Originally Posted by Joe Mamas Mama

definetly recheck those numbers, they don't look right
TweetThat's what happens with me. If they use the standard I'm high as hell and the velcro starts "popping" but with the larger cuff I'm good as gold.Originally Posted by Fit2bLarge

A high BP does cook your organs. It just wheres out your heart primarily.Lets look at it this way. When your lifting weight, say a low weight, you can do alot of reps. Rest a minute and do it again. A high BP means your heart isn't resting it continues to work hard. As we all know eventually your muscles(heart included) will fail. Then you get into clots and strokes, we don't wanna go there. Stay on top of it. There are natural OTC meds that do help lower your BP some. I'd try it. Signs and symptoms. Brother, you start having blurry vision, headaches and nose bleeds...... stop the shit and get to a doctor. You can take meds to drop your BP immediatly. You don't wanna end up a vegitable.
Tweetmy bp always go up while i'm on....I think its mainly due to increased erythropoiesis sp? I try to watch my sodium intake as well.
Tweetwell.. i will check it again.. i feel good tho..
