Started doing 315 x 3 when i started, strength shot way up last week. did 315 x 6, 365 x 1. Incline bench 315 x 2. Military 285 x 2. My strength went up very slowly. im ending next week and i just got my strength pretty high up there for myself... Now im ending. weakkkkk...
I've been eating like a pig this past few weeks and this is the reason for the sudden strength gain. shit sure aint magic, it's magic when mixed with wheel barrels of food.
When ever my numbers on the scale get higher the strength comes right with it, everytime! started at 225 now im 236, typical for first cycle is 20 LBS. didn't follow my diet correctly is what that means for me...
just wanted to share, nothing interesting. Just wanna say, DON'T 4GET TO EAT!

Tweetgood call dude. also, be sure to eat even more during pct due to the fact that pct is a very catabolic state...you need more cals during that then the actual cycle, imo.
