TweetHey guys.....just wondering what the highest dosage you can run T3 with? I'll be starting my third week soon and i'm up to 125mcg,,,,,,i thought i would just run it at 125 for week 3 and half of week 4 then slowly ramp down. But was wondering if i could up it to 150mcg?? Just wondering what everyone's highest doses where? thanks!

TweetHey guys, I'm alomost done my 3rd week into the T3. The first 2 weeks i ramped up slowly to 150mcg and this entire third week have been at 150mcg steadily. No side effects except the heart rate increasing a little bit. But i have not seen any improvements with the area around my waist??? I was planning on running it for another 3 weeks which would make it a total of 6 weeks, but was thinking on upping my dosage to 200mcg?? since i am not feeling any sides or anything?? I do about 3-4 days of cardio where i go for about a 20min run. Should i increase my cardio more or what? Diet is preety clean aswell. Not sure why its not working properly....positive these aren't fake T3's either.

Tweetup that cardio to about 40 to 60 minutes. you're not running are you? if so, that could be the problem. set the incline as high as it will go and set it to a very fast walk. not jog, but walk. do that for 40 to 60minutes, whatever you can stand. that done 3-4 days a week will do the trick. also keep in mind, "pretty clean" is a vague statement. with a t3/clen cycle, your diet should be flawless....if you want it to work anyway. its not like DNP where it pretty much works no matter what. just up your cardio and make sure your training is in check and you should start seeing some results. also, i mentioned NOT running due to the fact that it can be kind of catabolic in that it will break down muscle before it does fat. if you start seeing a weight loss on the scales, and none around the waisteline, could possibly be muscle. thats why i opted against running.
