However, you don't have to take things so personal. It was never about you, it was about defending Mike, but I don't think you understood that. If you did, you wouldn't have gotten so defensive. From your defensive position you started calling the MOD's names. I think you need to relize that not everything is about you, directly. and after that i start cutting wt t3 and clen along wt tet and deca and suspen to fill me out faster.......and the food is clean and cardio is on as well......
now i weigh 218-223...will keep u all updated every 4 weeks and i'am gonna try to take some pics every 6 weeks
