Centrum is a piece of garbage bro; filled with additives and coloring. You should throw that shit away and go with www.naturemade.com or www.beverlynutrition.com vitamins.

What I take ED is this here;

VitC-1 tab(1000mgs with rose hips)
DHEA-1 tab(50mgs)
R-ala-2 tabs(400mgs)
Potassium-2 tabs(1100mgs)
Magnessium-2 tabs(1000mgs)
Saw Palmetto-1 tab(this here I take 3x's a week only)
Thistle-1 tab(250mgs)
Folic Acid-2 tabs(800mcgs)

The rest I take on an EOD basis, but these are ED for me

What I do is take half of them when I wake up and the rest about 2 hours later. I need to scan my blood work and post it up on here so that everyone can see what a FULL Blood work panel is.

No problem bro. I shoot it ED at 1000mcgs(1 cc)....Been doing it since 2003 with no breaks; no need to cycle it off like gear.

When I had my blood work done on July of this year, my Red Blood Cell count was 5.80. That's from a 4.20-5.80 count.....If you do a searh on what the benefits are from having higher RBC count, you'll see why it's good to have B12.

You can also get B12 from eating meat(I do most of the time), but I also try to stay away from red meat since it's high in Sat Fat and cholesterol.
