Tweeti'm currently doing a clen/t3 cycles, 2 weeks on, two off. and i've noticed that while i am on the clen/t3 i get very sore after working out. much more so than when i am not on the cycle.
can anyone tell me if this is normal, or if something is going wrong. perhaps i am not taking enough of one kind of nutrient??
