With taking in your normal or excess calories you are providing your body with enough nutritients to grow or maintain your current lean body mass. Adding in low intensity cardio (like walking at a brisk pace 30-45 minutes) helps burn excess fat stores and any additional calories your body wouldn't utilize in growth/maintenance. Hope that made sense.

I'm a firm believer in keeping the diet nearly unchanged and just using cardio to shred while on gear. The tren/prop combo will work wonders in getting you lean. Adding cardio will work synergistically in that endeavor and highten your results.

However, if you cut your calories you run the risk of not being able to provide enough nutrients for neither continued growth or maintaining muscle - which is why you're on gear. Eat clean but use the cardio and you'll shred up nice...My 2 cents.

I don't know anyone who gained muscle on a low carb diet. This is the reason I won't do one. I watched my friend's bench go from 365 to 315 in a couple months from low carb dieting. He lost the fat but some muscle too.

I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.
