TweetI'm a proponent of eating an ass load of protein while on a cycle. You said your weight was 160 and you're only consuming 200 grams of protein a day? I'd jack that protein up to at least 350 grams. If it was me, I'd try to flutuate any where between 350 and 400 grams per day. Your body (with the gear) will use every bit of it!
