TweetI just got past the same prob. (same thing, in wk 9) Im on the exact same cycle. Here is what helped.
I dropped my cals from 6000 kcals a day to 3000, then bumped up my carbs from 550 or so to as close to 800 as I could get. Did this for 8 days then rammed my kcals back up to 6000 a day.
What does his diet look like.....kcals, carbs, protein.
Could be a plataeu try changing up his ENTIRE workout routine.
