My bro is 5'9, 255 and has only done 2 or 3 cycles. He is in week 9 of 1gm test and 600mg deca ew. He has the night sweats etc, but says he is not gaining weight despite the fact he is eating like a horse and is getting plenty of rest and not overtraining. I do not know what to tell him, i know his gear is legit because its the same stuff i use. Any help would be appreciated

I just got past the same prob. (same thing, in wk 9) Im on the exact same cycle. Here is what helped.

I dropped my cals from 6000 kcals a day to 3000, then bumped up my carbs from 550 or so to as close to 800 as I could get. Did this for 8 days then rammed my kcals back up to 6000 a day.
What does his diet look like.....kcals, carbs, protein.

Could be a plataeu try changing up his ENTIRE workout routine.
try it and let me know. Should help.

a lot of people "think" they are taking in 5k cals, but unless they log everything, they are probaly short changing themselves 1-2k cals.

Couple of tips for really pushing cals over the top.

Had a large friend who mixed carbofuel in all the water he drank, went through a tub every couple of days. Large friend. You can use somthing cheaper like gatorade though..

Olive oil. 120cals per tablespoon, cheaper than MCTs, tastes pretty good, scores pretty good on the health scale. Two tablespoons in your pasta and a nice serving of salad dressing is 500 cals a day. Buy a loaf of french bread and rip chuncks out and dip it in the oil, works wonders for extra cals, tastes good and chicks dig it cauz it's refined.

ask him to reduce a week or two the cycle, and change his lifting routine then go back to normal but a different lifting schedule
