Tweeti get this too, especially in my arms when i sleep on my side. another thing i get, when i walk, my lats rub on my tri's so every few minutes, i have to raise my arms a bit (actually elbows out, not up), for a second or two to give the skin between lats/tri's a bit of air. so this problem got me thinking, and i wonder, do you think with the extra mass we are putting on, it somehow acts to cut off the circulation when you lay one big body part against the other as you sleep in diff positions (restricting the blood flow of the brachial artery in the case of arm numbness)???
