Keep in mind these results are personally based on me and me only. For those I have not met yet here's a lil about me,.. I am thirtyeight @ 5'4" and holding at 163lbs. I was really kinda sick feelin',.. and had keeping hydrated was tricky cause the meds would give ya the squirts. So I would skip my meds at like,..days at a time. My new Doc said "you're taking way too much meds". So now im taking way less stuff and feeling way better. I'm going to get myself a gallon jug of H20, and make it a thing to swig at the least one of'em a day from now on,.. since I got control outta what end it's commin' outta'of !!
