This comment makes no sense. Markus Ruhls bodyfat is extremley low its his structure that does not allow him to have dexter jacksons waist. You are correct I was just making a figure of speech,using that analogy to emphasize my statement.
As for substances, I will not give you them for this reason.
Somebody may actually try and inject the same stuff with out proper trained medical provider around and I will not be responsible, cause I know some of you guys can get the drugs and would try it.
