      Im thinking of taking my first cycle ever of Fina and Prop. I just want lean muscle gains , i dont want to be huge. Im about 5'5" 145 lbs about 11-12% bf. Do you think this is a good cycle ?? How should i take it?? for how long??

      What if i just do a cycle of winny along with the prop. Or just winny by itself ??

      hey bro welcome.....I think you should listen to the other guys they have given yousound advice if you get your training and diet in check you'll grow like you were on a cycle

      You can gain 10-15 lbs of muscle just by training naturaly and eating right,I would stick training naturaly and wait later on to do a cycle of juice.

      What is your age, length of training, and diet like? You are not that tall, so id say try to up cals and eat good amount of protein around 300gm ed, and try to gain at least 20-25lbs more of muscle then do the cycle of test only for 10wk at 500mg/wk. That all you will need for first cycle.

      Don't eat any meat for about three days then stay awake the night before. Go to the doctor and complain of low sex drive, weakness, fatigue, etc etc. He should or you shoudl request some blood work testosterone free and total. They should be low enough for you to get some androgel.

      You could do better off spending your time and money reading a few books on proper lifting. Then after about 6 months of real training hit the tren and prop. You should learn to crawl before you run.

      i also agree with the guys on the board, 145 is way too small to use juice, its like you didnt put your time in naturally, i would lift for 1-2 more years and just supplement, protien, creatine, etc... get at least 160, also if your only 145 your diet, training, and rest must be off. get a good lifting book, start eating food, and lift naturally for a while, you will gain like crazy when you training is in check. you cant look for a "quick fix" and steriods arent a "miracle drug". youll just be wasitn your money if you dont know how to train right, which takes years to develop. and its not your age that i am against at all even though some guys will tell you your too young, i just feel it is a lack of knowledge, aas isnt something you just jump into, stick around and read all the post, do searches and get a feel for the whole lifting lifestyle, do some homework bro, im sure we can help you in man ways, ask questions about diets and training, you will grow if you work hard and it doesnt happen overnight. If it was easy everyone would do it.

      If you want lean muscle gains then that is definately a combo to do it with. However, fina can be pretty bad about sides and the frequent injects of both might bother you. Normally dbol and test is a good beginner, but fina and test will work fine also. 75mg eod of fina should suffice and about 100mg test prop eod. Others will probably tell you 500 test but do not listen to them. Because of your weight I think 350-400 will be plenty.

      Fuzo, did you notice he is only 5'-5"? 145 is not all that bad is it? Also, the standard 500mg test and 30mg dbol cycle is not always necessary. A 145lb man does not need the same amount of test as a 200lb man. I would recommend 350mg test.

      That what i was trying to say, lol! 145lbs for someone 5'5" is like 190 for someone 5'8" , so in that I think adding only 10-20lbs would be suffice. But i would still like to know age, alittle on diet, and training.
