I've done slin before, it works good of course but I tend to gain way too much fat. Now, I would like to know what you think of this. Slin used on the day you train your lagging bodyparts. As for me It's arms. Slin works from the first time so this is notihng like steroids that take a long tme to kick in. I therefor thought someting like this for arm day, this is while on a Cycle for me

Arms day is high proteinday, something like 100g more protein this day. Start dose first time 6ie, next week, 8ie and never over 10ie. This day would be only arms and eat day in other words, therefor on a free "I'm not going to do much today more than grow-day"..

This must be better for adding on that bdypart compared to if I wouldn't use slin.
      Thoughts?

I'd like to know more about your diet. For that matter, what does your training look like? Unless you weigh about 50 lbs, 100g of protein is not a high amount of protein. 2x bodyweight is more like it.

There's a saying "....you don't grow in the gym". Growth happens during rest time, and only if your body has the nutrients that it needs to support growth. That means, there's no real concept of a "grow-day". You need to eat properly everyday to support muscle growth.

I have a theory: I'll bet that you're arms are lagging, because you're overtraining them. Seriously, if you train back right, there's no need for a "bicep day". You could add a few sets at the end, but not a whole workout. Same goes for chest - if your chest workout is dialed in, there's no need for "tricep day".

Most people get fat on insulin, because they (understandably) go overboard on carbs.

Once a week, IMO is not going to do anything for you, honestly. Use diet and training to bring up lagging parts.

Understand, that I am NOT speaking from personal experience - just what I've learned over the years. You may want to wait and hear from bros who have experience with slin.

blink just about covered it all...

I doubt you'd notice much, if anything, from using slin once per week. You're probably overdoing it on the carbs. If you're worried about fat gain, just use a thermogenic to help keep it off (i.e. clen, eca, cytomel, gh).

I agree more protein is neccessary however Chad Nichols advocates 2 x week insulin use...i have used that kind of scheduling and it deffinitely helps with gains and reduces the chances of fat gain...the concept here is simple after a continiues use of insulin as short as 3-4 days, the insulin sensitivity reduces dramaticly and more insulin is needed to perform the same amount of nutrient transfer...now by reducing the the frequancy of insulin use to once every 3 days you avain the insulin resistance and this way your insulin sensitivity stay high...i have been using 6 iu every 3rd day sometimes 3 times a week and always with atleast one day break between the insulin injections, i train at 6:00am and tak it right after training and it deffinitley helps with recover i make sure to rotate my injection days to cover all body parts in a 2 week span...XXL
A lot of people dream of having a great body, others stay awake and get it done.
