      I would go 400 mgs test a week for 10 wks. And if your determined to stack. Add 20 mgs. of dbol for weeks 1-5

      I like this for beginner cycle as well, but I wouldn't stop at 10 weeks. I would run the test 12 weeks.

      i would stick with just test for a first cycle. ur receptor sites are fresh. u could even get away with deca 400mg a week for 10-12 weeks. at the end run some nolva or clomid to jumpstart ur system. with deca its easier to maintain gains post cycle and thats what u want. if i were u i wouldn't stack until after ur first cycle. i put on 19lbs my first cycle during football season with sustanon, which was alot of water weight and was a ***** to maintain at the end. u seem to be an ectomorph and have trouble puttin on weight. i'm the the same way. i'm the same height and weighed 150 when i started. i'm up to 195 and gaining naturally right now. i was up to 205 but lost some weight do to water. my bodyfat 8%. so i know how u feel bein small. but until u decide to take any anabolic steroids i would improve my diet by upping the calories and makin sure u get enough fat in ur diet (essential fatty acids). i hope this helped. anyone else feel free to input

      I would not recommend doing any aas right now, and don't listen to anyone who tells you to. For one you are underweight. You need to train better and eat right. 21-22 too young imo. Don't mean to preach, but it doesn't sound like you have done too much research. Do you know how to run a cycle and what mgs for a basic? There are many forums on this site and others if you look and do searches. It took me about two hrs a night for about three months to get a good grasp on aas and know how each will interact with one another and your body. Eat three good meals ed and three small ones, complex carbs, lean meats, poultry, good fats. 3-5k cals ed. plenty of water 300-400 grams of protein and train hard for a few yrs. and then see where your at. Then if you still interested in the aas start with cyponiate or enantate @ 400mg/wk for 10 wks and maybe add dbol 35mg ed for first five wks. Thats all you'll need for a first cycle.

      Mick-G I'm not jumping into anything just yet, I'm planning on gaining atleast 20 more pounds, then I'll start researching even more. I know the basics I just didnt know what a good begginer cycle would be. I've never taken steriods and I dont wanna start too big, thats why I came to those who are experienced to get some advice
