TweetEAT !guys read the post, its a yes or no question. I specifically stated that i wasn't asking for any sites. im not tryin to gain 20 pounds. I'll be happy with 4-5pounds of muscle over 10 weeks and go up in my bench 10 pounds. Thats why im only doing 200mg a week. I'm already a skinny cut kid. Any gains whatsoever are going to be noticable. Not tryin to get huge, just tryin to bust threw the peek that ive hit lately at the gym.
