Tweetim on week 5 of my cycle running 1000mg ot Sust a week and i have now noticed that i havent gained much, last cycle was sust and deca for 8n weeks witch was great i gained about 15 to almost 20pds, what the prob on this one ? I'm trainnig tha same 5 days a week and eatin the same, for example this morning i had :
6 eggs
cereal for cereal
for lunch I have 4 sand, shake, banana and can of tuna
i also brought an extra shake for snak in the afternoon and 2 slices of pizza.
I really think im eating well as i will eat more once at home tonight!!
Now i was thinking of starting some drol one pill a day 500mg a week for the remainder of the cycle witch is 5 weeks the only thing is that a little afraid of the liver!! should i be ? So listen guys what to do is it a good idea? Advise please.......

TweetThere's nothing wrong with adding anadrol 50mg ED for the last few weeks. But I don't think it's really needed. It takes 3-4 weeks for sust to really kick in. I'd wait it out for another week.
Have you seen any strength gains?

TweetAssuming your gear is good the only reason your not gaining is lack of calories. Also depending on your level of developmet from your natural potential which is all caloric and protein intake related. Most guys think they are getting enough calories and protien but really are not. Get yourself a food count book and add you nutrition up and you most likely are not doing close to what you think you are.Originally posted by addict
