TweetTAKE A REST AND LET THE SHOULDER HEAL WITH OUT ANY GEAR.
TweetI dislocated my shoulder about 2 months ago in a sledding extavaganza!!!, and I've had a few direct in's the past month, but the problem is underneith the muscle blood builds up and needs drained about once a week. Its slowing the healing process, not really of the muscle but the legiments and the cracked cuff itseld! I'm not letting this problem slow me down, my lifts are mostly at normal, with some lifts heavily labored. Shoulder press etc! I've been on a few cycles, the past year, eq n dbol'z, test n dbol. test and winny. now i guess im looking for advise on what would help build muscle around it, but will also help my rotator and legiments. Any advice would be nice! thanks!

Tweetthat is just asking for trouble.
Tweetthe gear will inhibit your healing process and it can make matters much worse. It doesn't what gear you take.
TweetI tore my rotator in June of last year, it still isnt better but Im finally able to hit the weights at a decent level again. Thats been about 8 months and ive lost alot of muscle, but I have great muscle memory and am putting it back on quite nice. What Im saying is it might be time to rest your shoulder and just do light weights for stretching and movement. Torn rotators never heal 100%, even with the operation
Tweetit is only in one spot of my muscle that is affected, it dislocated down then popped back up in between my pec/shoulder muscle and so that is really the only problem I am having, trying to get that all healed, then my legiments need to heal but the Doc said that resting will not hurt or help it, and he told me if I want to push it as far as I could, it will be okay, as long as it seems like the pain doesnt get worse then it should. I noticed with test in the shoulder I had a terrible problem with fatigue in that soulder though. I dont try and do anything out of normal routine. But I'm also going to mexico this spring break! about 6 weeks! So I have some kind of a time deadline as well! Thanks a lot though!
TweetI'd run Var 8 weeks on 8 weeks off and GH full time and just not lift hard... I had a shoulder injury and if I could do it over again that's what I'd do... Just to maintain and speed up rehab... JMO -J

TweetLET IT HEAL. is your health/physical well being less important then just looking big?
5'10
~190 lbs
I like to help, but do I look like a drug ******? (The correct answer here is no) So please do not ask me for drugs.
Tweetphysical therophy go to the doc and they have a number of exercises to help with shoulders
i had a problem kinda like yours and they had me do lots of different strange exercises that helped
doing shoulder press and heavy things are not helping

life is hitting a guy so hard that he forgets his own name and remembers yours forever!
FOOTBALL IS LIFE SO LIVE IT UP!
Tweeti broke my left shoulder and tore the cuff on jan 10th. this year. i have been in a sling the last 6 weeks... i just started taking it off slowly...
i haven't started physio, but i am doing light weight bicep curls etc every day for a bit (up to 15-20lbs) - i still can't raise my arm all the way up.
(i did 5 pushups last night!! was fkin awesome but it hurt so much i was up all night)
my left arm compared to my right is almost half in size now... in just 6 weeks... apparently it's gonna take another 6 just for the bones to heal.
i was thinking of doing some gear to try and add some mass to my arm, but after talking to lots of people i decided not to. the only tihng that the gear would do to it is slow the healing process down... it would take me much longer to recover fully, plus i might even hurt it (screw up somehting) in the mean time (eg. trying to lift heavy weights etc)
the only thing (if i had the money) i would consider right now would be GH maybe... no aas...
if u do roids now it's just going to screw u up in the long run... let it recover fully 1st before u decide to do a cycle. take it easy.. if u don't heal now properly ur always going to have a fuked up shoulder for the rest of ur life.....
TweetThe best thing you could do is give it TIME to heal. Legiments and tendons have poor blood supply so it takes time. The only thing that i can of think to help is GH, One of the many benefits GH has to offer is the strength of the tendons/joints.
Also try heat before your workout i.e a hot rag or ben-gay, always do a at least a 20min. cardio warmup, stretch out really well, then if you can on any sore tendons use ice after you are done working out.
If any problems occur on the tendons/joints try some MSM/G/CH, and/or an antiinflammatory like ibuprofen.
TweetYea I am going to rebound, which is a physical therapy place where I go three times a week and streach it out, I am taking all the steps to make sure I'll be okay in the later years, i dont feel like i'm pushing it to hard with the lifts I do. But physical therapy now that hurts. I was thinking about GH but i'm not sure about the whole insulin thing, I guess I need to study up on it more.
Loco, that is a lot worse then mine, I did mine around the same time but not nearly as bad. I have problems when reaching back and lifting my arms overhead quickly. And mobility is still not up to par, throwing, basketball etc.
Thanks for the information. I'll do some reading and get back
