Is it really worth the try guys, it seems interesting and im curious of trying it but it seems like ..... Im not to sure if its going to work good, any other people have had good results with the product?

I have heard NOTHING but extremely good reviews as far as strength and mass goes for M1T

Legalgears M1T contains NAC, which helps in liver protection. It may not be the low cost leader, but it is a great product, which provides additional liver protection right in the tab.

As far as powder or caps, 10mg is about the size of a pinhead. Getting accurate dosing is going to be a challenge.

i read its best to take the liver protectants 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after because the liver already has enough stress on it.... true or false?

I take NAC year round, I figure it certainly doesnt hurt. Taking it 2 weeks before, I do not see an advantage, but taking it 2 weeks after I am sure wouldnt hurt.
