TweetI have both books, got them free from another site. They are not that great. I wouldn't recommend them. He just talks about his own theories on what should be taken.

HOWEVER!
I do know those results are easily possible. In just under 4 months of proper diet, steroid use, rest, and dicipline I went from 245lbs @ 27% to 180lbs @ 12%, oh yeah I also only 5'10"...
It has little to do with my genetics either. And I might add there are at least 5 others that I speak with regularly that did the EXACT same thing.
No magic here either. Everything I did I learned from research on these boards. Mostly AR at first and then I found Fitness Geared.
Nothing special about this kid or myself, but don't call bullshit so quick as 11 months of dedication with the right knowledge, training, diet, rest, excercise, and a few chemicals and one can attain some loft goals.
That said, don't buy a fucking book like that because you see Stimpy looking all buff. Read these forums, day and night, learn everything you can, get your diet in order, and go from there.

Admitted I have never been that ripped nor am I big by most of your standards, but in 11 months I got money I could get from his base to alot more mass.
After thought on it, I think the picture is actually a good pic of what can happen if you DO NOT follow protocol's. Maybe the kid didn't want any more mass, I dunno. I would want more before I shreaded out like that.
