Tweetdamn, some of you guys need to learn to cook and shop at Costco/Sams
TweetWhat about:
PROSCAR,
ACCUTANE,
SPIRONOLACTONE (topical),
FEMARA (or other a-e),
Sleeping aids like AMBIEN etc.
and everything that goes into Post-Cycle Therapy?
Beauty is only skin deep - unless you have some good muscle underneath.
Then it goes much deeper.

TweetGreat post. Kudos to Jay!
Personally, I focus on eating more solid food and I stay away from shakes and supplements. Granted, I do take glutamine and multivitamins.
Solid food is my key to success... you gotta eat. Sweet Potatoes/Yams... Chicken Breast... Eggs... Turkey Breast... Steak.
In addition to the healthy stuff... tons of fast food.
(I know I may get in trouble for saying it, but when I'm bulking it really helps us hard gainers to eat tons of fast food).
My favorite 'secret weapon' is the H*****s Double Beef Double Cheese burger with mayo and tomato and onion. Throw the fries in the garbage and drink the large soda-pop. At roughly $6 per meal, it works out to be a ton of calories for a reasonable cost, and let's face it, we don't always feel like cooking.
You know as well as I do that your six pack will be el-disappearo if you follow my advice, but if you're bulking, then bulk.
I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.
TweetJesus, $700 for gear alone? Make it and pay 1/10 that........
TweetI thought of that --- the draw back is you have to buy lots of ingredients, so the initial outflow would be a few $grand (but it would last for years, though...)Originally posted by Kitchen Chemist
