Dbol will be split in 4 doses throughout the day. Always a half hour to hour before lifting, in the morning, afternoon, and evening before bed.
Test will be done in the morning...alternate glutes for enan, and for prop glutes and quads.
Anti-e's will be taken at the same time everyday...probably in the morning before work.
6-8 meals spread out about 2-3 hours apart.
All other vitamins and sups will be taken in the morning with exception to ala which will be taken with meals and post workout shake.
