Tweethere's what I have so far:
Calves - always hurt.
Bi - sometimes hurt
Tri - sometimes hurt.
Quads - rearly hurt
Glutes - doesn't hurt
Delt - doesn't hurt (the best so far)
pecs - doesn't hurt, but a real pain in the ass trying to get the pin in (especially winny - doesn't have oil lubricant)
