Now I am going to run Prop/Fina/ T3/Spiros and a pretty low carb diet. Just dont know where to keep carbs this time! I am at the size I would like to stay I just want to drop about 5lbs of fat and keep same wieght!

TweetIm curently doing a t-3 and clen cycle. Im on week 2 and down about 5lbs. So far im not that impressed with the t-3 but its too early to tell and my diet for the first week was not too good. Im doing 40m-60m of cardio a day along with some weight training.

Tweetim using the ramp up/ramp down method. Basically started at 12mcg for days 1-4, 24mcg for days 5-9 and so on. Look in the faq for info on dose's and how to properly run t-3. Today im at 75mcg. I plan on doing no more than 100mcg than ramping back down.

Tweeti think t3 is moderately helpful. if your diet is shit then it won't do anything but keep some weight off. keep a good diet and work hard like always and t3 will help

TweetT3 and clen work well, but like they said its no sub for cardio and diet! It will also metabolise a lot of muscle so I would HIGHLY recomend you use it with atleast a mild aas.
TweetUse gearhead's method for taking the T3, scratch the clen as i think that shit is only good for giving you the shakes, use EQ at 400mgs a week while using the T3 (do this for 8-10 weeks). Right after you finish doing that do 50mgs of injectable winny everyday for 4 weeks with a nice eca/yohimbine stack any you will like look my cock on viagra (big, veiny, and lean). Don't cut your carbs totally (keep it at 20%of your diet) while doing the T3 though to prevent total musle waisting. Wait till you finish your T3/Eq stack and then totally cut your carbs out for the 4 weeks your on the winny/eca. If your not shredded after this (of course with a proper diet and cardio included) then your body wasn't meant to be.

ICN 500mg for 12 weeks, Fina 75mg a day for 12 weeks, Zambons 1EOD for 7 weeks, T3 @ 75mcg a day (or Possibly 3 mini cycles of T3 through out 12 week pd.) with Spiro @100mcg a day for 1 week on 1 week off for 12 weeks. I have used clen in the past on keto, with no as and I kept alot of gains and lost alot of fat! I believe this should suffice... I am not looking to put on much wieght just harden up and lose about 5lbs!
TweetYa, that should do it. I know when cutting your not looking for weight gain, but just to keep the muscle waisting effects of the T3 at bay, it should always be used with some kinda aas.
