It is now clear to me that my real waist has been abducted by Aliens, and replaced with a blob, yuck! funny thing is that the insides of my arms look like spiderman's suit, full of strripy veins running all over, and when i perform a crab-pose my chest looks the same, wit lots of nice details, so it must be that the aliens are to blame, right...? The fattest food i eat is ground-beef, which has 10% of fat in Sweden, don't bout the rest of the world, but i heard India are big on beef, lol. seriusly, I heard of some shit called "thiomucase" which is said to reduce fat in problematic areas, anyone heard of this or something else that might work?, this only goes away during fucking sick diet and excercise-periods, with hour-long walks or running bfore eating breakfast, it shouldn't have to be this way. what else is left for an option, Lipo-suction?

Tweeti got the same dan problem, when i diet really hard the rest of my body gest so lean i don't even like how it los and i lose huge amounts of muscle mass. . . however my waiste barely goes down an inch. .. it's truly dpressing, it's liek i would have to become anorexic or soemthign . . at one point i was doing over and hour of cardio every morning 6 days a week and eating like 1200 calories a day for over a month and still they diddn't go away ! so i hear ya and if ya know anythign that owuld help, please post!

TweetKeep eating meats and fat, just restrict your high glycemic foods such are rice, pasta, potatoes and sugar. I have recently started doing 40 minutes of cardion at 125 beats per minute and I have noticed that my midsection has gotten slimmer but have not lost any muscle mass at all. ECA supplement will work good, so will T3 and clenbuterol, you can buy them from researchkits.com or liquachem.com, both are very good companies. I really don't think you have to do cardio in the morning, anytime will be good. Anyway I can pretty much gaurantee that if you restrict your carbs, keep your protein levels high, drink plenty of water with ECA, Clen or T3 you will notice your body fat levels diminish. It's not as easy as eating bulking foods and just lifting heavy weights, but it will be more than worth your time to do so.

TweetSince when is high gear needed to lose love handles? Maybe a light prop/fina cycle with some t3 or clen. Most importantly though, DIET AND CARDIO. If these are in check you can easilly loose the love handles natty without expensive drugs.

I am not an expert, I would just do some research and recite what I had learned. I never found any information that supported the "spot reduction" theories, only the contrary.

Fat reduction is dictated by you genetics. For men the trouble spot is the midsection, while for women it is the thighs and butt...meaning that these areas are usually the last to give up the fat.
Exercising one section of your body does not cause you to lose weight in that specific area.

Waiting to eat for up to an hour afterwards can also be helpful in fat loss, but you become more succeptible to muscle breakdown. To counter this, take BCAAs, or some other form of pure protein before and after yoru cardio sessions.
If you can't do it in the morning, try to at least wait a couple of hours after your last meal.
One last thing...forget about your target heart rate, recent (and multiple) studies have shown that the more intense the exercise, the more calories you will burn in a 24 hour period.
