      What up y'all. Question...

"Large doses of Growth Hormone may impair glucose tollerence." According to Pharmacia (the brand I can get). They say it can lead to hypo/hyperglycemia. Product specs...

Now, Metformin increases glucoise uptake in the intestines. Would this have application while on GH? Anyone use Metformin/Glucophage for this?

Absolutely, if you are not going to use slin. It will even out the insulin resistance, better pumps (like slin) but not the same growth potential as slin + gh. But its the way to go if you are not using slin with the gh. DONT use both slin and metformin!!!

      Thonks to big Mike!!!

I have taken Metformin before while off any androgens in hopes to increase a creatine uptake (using Cell Tech). I was doing 500mg ED with Creatine/Dextrose mix (again... Cell Tech). This was about a year ago... and if I recall it did help a bit and gave good pumps. I only stuck with it about a month or so.

When taking Metformin with GH - how much and for how long. I know overdosing can cause a metabolic problem (acid-something-or-other) - what are typical doses for this purpose? And can prolong use of Metformin lead to Type II Diabetes (somekind of down regulation)???

I would go the Insulin route (much cheaper than Glucophage anyhooooo) but using Metformin with a post workout Dextrose would be much easier for my current situation. Right now, it is very difficult to be able to have an insulin pin ready for post workout. Maybe first thing in the morning WITH the GH... but any suggestions???

GOAL: Bridge between androgen cycles... lean gains, or otherwise retain gains from cycle with minimal fat retention/accumulation.

Someone wrote something negative about metformin + GH on Elitefitness.... check it out. Metformin may negate the effects of GH.
