Tweeti think you only need cardio 1 time a day 5 imes a week
TweetI know this is kinda a training question, but I figured most guys that had experience with this would be checking this forum. I'm 8 weeks into my fina/prop/winny cycle. I've upped my cardio ALOT. I usually do 50 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach and then another 50 after my workout. I'm 5/9" 175lbs and about 8% bf. I'm only getting about 2000 calories a day so is this too much cardio? Lately, I've been feeling REALLY lathargic after my workouts. I'm thinking about cutting down on the post workout cardio. What do you guys think?

TweetKeep the morning cardio, drop the PW cardio....thats not the time to be digging yourself deeper in the hole, this is a time for anabolism! Keep the morning cardio every day, and if you want on your non-trainign days add another cardio session in at night.Originally posted by nmk85roll

Thats what I do. 60 minutes every morning, 60 minutes Wed, Sat, Sun nights (non-trainign days)
TweetI agree...cardio after weight training is not a good idea. I get home as fast as I can after my weight training to shove down that post workout recovery meal.
TweetCool, thanks guys. I might actually throw in some HIT on my non training days. Kinda switch it up a little bit.
