      I have heard of many different opinions on this so let me know what your's are.

      I've had several people tell me that when they are running a basic test/d-bol, or eq/d-bol...etc, that they only run their d-bol on training days. (for instance: Mon-Fri ON and Sat-Sun OFF)While others say that they just cut the dose in half on their off days. What do you do, and why?...Thanks

      I run the same dose every day for the 1st 4 weeks of my cycle.Keeps the levels in your body even.orals have a short half life.To me , only taking on training days does not make since.What do you think is going on during your off days.RECOVERY!!!

      Very true. It makes sense to run the dbol every day. I run 30mg per day 2 pills in morn, 2 midday, 2 in the evening. I don't get the DOMS (Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness) with dbol.

      And they said 'no pain, no gain' ... phooey!
      I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.

      yeah d-bol everyday for the first 4-5 weeks with the doses split up throughout the day

      Run every day!!!!!! I run 8 weeks straight at 8 tabs per day!

      you have to keep the levels in your blood stream as even and constant as possible

      I would do 30 mg broken up threw out the day every day, training or not trainig. 8 weeks is to long imo. 4 to 5 weeks is all i do.

      I dont start growing off d-bols untill 4-5 weeks......i like 6-8 just for the extra kick in the ass

      I myself like it the length of the cycle so for 8-10 weeks. But if your worried about your liver then first 4-6 weeks of cycle ed. By the way I don't see the logic in only training days since your body does its growing when your resting not when your actualy training.

      Thanks for the opinions guys....I myself completely agree with you, but i was just curious if any of you have tried it, because these guys seem to have gotten good results....maybe they just reacted differently to it. I'm just gonna stick with the ED doses; it seems to be the better way to go... thanks for the help
