      Well I think I have come to a stop with gaining weight on this cycle. I have done my 10 weeks and I start my post cycle next week. I gained 16 pounds and I don't know if I should be dissappointed. This was my first cycle and I did a 400mg of test a week. Should I be happy with tis result or be dissappointed because I didn't gain over 20 pounds. Maybe I wasn't eating enough. THanks guys I would really like to hear some feedback. Good or bad.

      IMHO, excelent job. Let's see you gained 16 lbs you didn't have before, sounds like you did good research and had a safe plan you followed, smart move using low dose, now you have a baseline and results for the future, and you're smart enough to know diet plays a huge role and are honest enough with yourself to evaluate that issue properly.

      Great part doesn't sound like you got any sides, that's huge.

      Overall, excellent. Job well done.

      My questions would be how much was water, fat, and more importantly muscle? How do you look in the mirror?

      be happy man, just make sure you keep most of it, if not all of it.

      thats good u gained 16 pounds brother, the mass gains vary from person to person, some could gain 10, 20, or even 30. It all depends, me this cycle I gained 20 pounds of my dbol/test cycle. Im happy as hell.

      I am getting ready to start my 8th week on a very mild cycle of sus250(karachi) and I just started to throw some winny in to finish it off and I am up almost ten pounds. I think I will gain some more too because it seems like the sus is start to really kick hard. I have been eating like a horse. But during week six I got sick and was puking for a couple of days and only managed to lift twice that week and it really hurt but I am starting to gain again.

      I would'nt be disappointed at with that. You did a nice conservative first cycle. Sounds like it's probably a quality 16 pounds as well. Good job.

      THanks guys. That is reassuring. Looking at the mirror I definitely look bigger but I also feel that I gained a bit of fat.(not much but some) I guess that is inevitable when bulking. I am looking towards my next cycle, which will be in 4-6 months. I am going to diet a bit, then bulk. School makes it tough to bulk since I have class 8-2. Anyways thanks a lot bros.
