TweetJust don't run too high of a dose of an anti-estrogen and you wont have particularly low estrogen levels... easy as that.
TweetDoes anyone believe this?
Why would little or no estrogen in your body slow gains?
I understand little or no estrogen is hell on your colesterol levels, but how does it effect gains?
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.

TweetI remember reading articles about this a long time ago.
Estrogen plays some part in muscle building, that is a fact.
Let me see if I can find any articles out there.
Tweetgot gear,
was wondering this other day myself.
Wondering if you ran high dose of anti-e would really really inhibit or actually result in no gains.
TweetEstrogen does play a role in mass building. If you totally supressed estrogen production, it would limit your gains as well as be very unhealthy for you. Estrogens play important roles in lipid metabolism, bone density and skin tone not to mention the health of your brain. Various estrogens are important messengers in the brain. They help regulate a lot of other hormones like testosterone, HGH, and I am sure many others. Trying to eliminate all estrogen would be very unwise IMO.

TweetGood comments.
I think bodybuilders tend to oversimplify concepts sometimes (e.g., testosterone=good, estrogen=bad). It's not that simple Every substance in your body is there for a reason.

TweetI tought that Big Cat has a article about saying that you need estrogens or else don't cycle, because they make your body release IGF-1
