I'm going on a cutting cycle to get down to ~8% BF. I would guess I'm somewhere around 18% right now (just a guess). I'm 5'10'' and 200 lbs. I was doing the whole bulk during the winter thing, but I can't stand the way my face looks now. I would like to end up at about 185 lbs. I'm also running 50mg Fina/day and 300mg Deca/week. I would like some feedback on some suggested cycles to do with the supplements I have. Here is my inventory:
ALA - 180 caps, 500mg/cap
L-Carnitine Depot ~80ml, 200mg/ml
LipoKinetix - 1/2 bottle
AdipoKinetix - 2.2 bottles
Beta3 - 1/2 bottle
Yohimbine HCL - 150 caps, 2.7mg/cap
Sodium Usinate - Almost unlimited amounts
T3 - More than I need
Does anyone have any suggestions? Like I said, I'm running some good PH's with it so I'm not TOO concerned about muscle loss. I will be eating about 2150 calories/day. Also, cardio upon waiking 3-4 days a week, and cardio directly after workouts 3 days a week. Have at it fellas....

TweetThat's what yall are here for I'm looking for something based on YOUR personal experience. I've cut 3 times in my life, only once with good results. I've tried quite a few strategies, but I've never went over 30mcg of T3. At some point I would like to try up to 75mcg/day. I would also like to keep the dose of Sodium Usinate at ~600mg/day, for only 2 weeks max. Also, one time before I was running 400mg/day L-Carnitine Sub-Q in the stomach and after a week I had HORRIBLE pains in my head every time I ran or lifted. It was REALLY bad. I was thinking about running it IM instead of Sub-Q this time. I'm probably going to run 4 caps of ALA a day also. The rest is up for grabs.

TweetIf no one told you yet, running FINA and DECA is asking for GYNO. Especially if you are the least bit prone to it. Hurst is right with taking 3-4 grams of ALA ed. If you really want you can add the T-3 to you cycle ramping it up and then back down.

week 1-2 (maybe 3)
A variety of vitamins/minerals
6 caps LipoKinetix/day
4 caps ALA/day
Yohimburn DF on my face and love handles (yes I've read some VERY good things about people using it on their face)
6-oxo (would use Aromazap but noone has it in stock right now)
L-Carnitine at 2ml, twice per week, intramuscularly
I will probably hit the T3 around week 3 or 4 when my thyroid function has really slowed down. Any comments on the current stack?

TweetThanks for pointing that out about the 6-oxo. The only reason I'm not using something like arimidex or letrozole is because I don't feel like the cost of these compounds will justify their effectiveness on a Fina/Deca cycle since Fina does not aromatize and Deca only does to a small degree. Plus my natural test should be supressed so it shouldn't take much to do the job. Thanks for the comment!
