      I thought I might go for shorter cycles, and a hole bunch odf them instead..I know by personal experienxce that 14days on is too short but that 3-4 weeks would be better.

      If I choose to do short cycles I'm planing 2 of them this summer, first one starting july 1:

      Gear:
      Test Prop
      Dbol
      Winny
      slin

      These are the ones I would like to use, but I'm not going to use winny and dbol at the same time.

      I started a short cycle with test prop, winny and slin in may. Did 11 days with the prop, 16days with the winny and 2 weeks with the slin only postworkout. Gained about 10lb and kept a lot of it, nothing much when it comes to fatgain. The thing with short cycles is I do not get shut down as I might with longer ones. I also can start bulking and keep bulking for 3-4weeks without any big fatgain and still gain a lot of mass. The negative part would be I would be that the gains maybe wouldn't be as permanent as with longer cycles..

      Is there anyone here that have tried a shorter cycle for 3-4 weeks? Please tell me what you thought of it..?

      I've know people who go like 5 or 6 weeks on then 3-4 off and back on but they do it year round
      I think you should just stick to 8 weeks or more

      no its not a waste of money. Its a different type of cycle thats many people use mostly because it is much healthier and you dont get shut down near as hard (this is mostly for 2 week cycles) and its much easier to recover.



      Read up on Realgains 2 week cycle and on Nelson montanas 3 weeker. Many bros have done these and are extremely happy with the results.

      If i was only going to run a 4 weeker, i wouldn't even use Prop... I would say supension would be a better choice. I've considered doing something like this before....

      1-4 100mg Suspension ED (50mg 2X daily)
      1-4 Drol 100mg ED
      1-4 Tren 100mg ED
      The bridge with slin for the next 6 weeks.....

      But, like i said, still just a thought..... though i think running Tren for only 4 weeks is waste.... Suspension, Drol, D-bol, etc are all great for only 4 weeks.

      To hell with anything less than 8 weeks. And to hell with the idea that 2 three week cycles are healthier than 1 six week cycle.

      The whole logic behind shorter cycles is trying to avoid the shut down, thus making it easier to hold onto gains. Anything over 2-2 1/2 weeks totally defeats the purpose of doing shorter cycles, atleast from what I've read up on.

      Bill Roberts is a big proponet of shorter cycles. You can read some of his articles over at meso-rx.

      Intersting logic. I'm a proponent of longer cyc with some maintenance or bridge in between. If the half life is 2-3wks I wonder if you are really recovering or are you just not shutting down? Nice as it is to be on, I don't know if I could do that. May take some trial and error.

      ok I have been thinking and think I will hit up with a 4 weeker. Reason:
      It seems like whenever I've done a cycle I gain most of the muscle the first 4-5weeks, then they slow down, maybe because of shbg. This happends even thought cals are increased by time after my weight.

      The reason I will do 4 weeks is that I probably will be able to gain between weeks 2 and 5, when blood levels are high. Another reason Is I hate the post cycle therapy and for me longer on = lomnger time to get back.

      Now, look at the gear ant the plan and tell me what you think:

      Day 1: Testosterone Enathate 250mg, Test propionate 200mg, 40mg Dbol, 25mg Proviron and 20mg nolvadex.

      Week 1 from day 2: (Testosterone Enathate 250mg EOD of these days(1g this first week), 150mg Propionate EOD, Proviron 25mg ED, nolvadex 10mg ED, dbol 30mg ED

      Week 2-4: Test prop 150mg EOD(always 4 times per week, mon, wedn, fri and sun), 30mg Dbol ED, 25mg proviron ED.


      ALSO: I will use Slin starting week 2 at 4iu only post workout, increase by 2 each workout up to 10iu and stay there. L-glutamine, creatine Each day with the shake.

      Week 5 no workout, just rest use Clen at 50mcg per day and up to 100mcg total of 2 weeks. continue with the glutamine, start using avena sativa and zink and continue with creatine.

      ALA 2 grams per day
      Milktistle 1-1.5grams per day
      Multivitamines
      Extra calsium
      Extra c-vit
      Extra Pantotenic acid
      Extra omega 3
      water about 7-8 liters per day

      Protein start week 2 with 1.8g per day - 2g, go up to 2.5g week 3 and 4, and go down to 1.8-2g week 5 and 6.

      When on slin a diet with 10% fat
      When off slin a diet with 30% fat

      thoughts?

      I think a 4-5 week cycle may be worth trying, but I'm not sure. I'm glad this was brought up though. I think it may be good during long periods off between longer cycles (e.g., throw a 4-5 weaker in between a 5-6 month break.

      I did a 4 week prop only cycle at 100mg ED and gained 18 pounds... kept about 14. They are definitely good if you use short acting gear
