Tweetwelcome bro but i think you are too young for aas and primo needs to be taken weekly
TweetGreetings.
I am 19 years old and have weight-trained for two years already, using mainly creatine and protein as supplements. I'm 5' 11 and weigh about 165lbs. I try my best to be a healthy eater--- given my slow metabolism---and mostly achieve that.
A friend of mine suggested that I try a Primobolan dosage once every fifteen days for two months, I believe he said. I'd appreciate constructive feedback from you all.
Love and I am,
S.
P.S. Glad to have found this forum, by the way.

TweetThanks for the quick replies.
My diet is balanced, generally, but I generally go for the high-protein, mid-carb kind of eating. I do eat at least six times a day. Lots of turkey breast, egg whites and nowadays whole eggs, salad, steamed rice, tuna... no junk food, no whole milk, just skim. I drink lots of water and take enough carbs to provide me with the energy I need. I also take NitroTech after my workouts, generally.
This is actually the ONLY way I have found to keep me relatively fit, since, as I previously mentioned, I am a person with a VERY slow metabolism.
If I'm too young for steroids, what supplements would you recommend? (Please bear in mind that I live in El Salvador, where supplementation variety is extremely limited.) Just so you all know, I don't slack off. I don't have any illusions about magical shortcuts to perfection, I'm just seeking for something to enhance the effects of my hard work.
Again, thank you,
S.
TweetSounds like you have the right approach already.
What are your goals first?
TweetI'm not personally interested in developing a grotesquely gigantic body. I guess I just want to gain a lot more lean muscle mass and strength for performance and perhaps reach a better (lower) fat percentage (I'm at 12% right now and it's been exceedingly hard for me to reach that point!) to achieve better tone.
Tweetcan you compile a list of available sup's that you do have access to???
that would help these guys and gals to lead you in the right direction ......
also give some details about your work out routine.......that can also make a beig difference.
good luck

Anyhow, I guess only the basic supplements are available here, like creatine, androgens, protein, amino, methoxy, etc. All the basics, none of the more advanced flashy new stuff.
I work out generally five times a week, doing an average of two body parts a day and at least three days a week I include a minimum of 30 mins. of cardio exercise.
Tweettry some 1-ad and creatine up your protein to grms per lb of body weight
TweetI think I'll have a hard time finding 1-AD here, but thanks anyway.![]()
TweetWell do Primo 300mg's for 10 weeks. Some test, 200mg-250mg should do, and Deca at 200mg a week. This will put on nice quality muscle. And trust, you wont' put on 50 pounds of muscle and look grotesquely huge![]()

Chances are, he will end up juicing anyways........
TweetDiamondBling, I never said I thought the steroid would necessarily make me look grotesquely huge. Someone asked for my GOALS, not what I thought the steroids would do to me.
And in point of actual fact, given my research and thanks to everyone's comments, I've decided to not go for it at the moment.
