you could get gyno anytime after a cycle it depends on the person and how well they recover post cycle

I started getting puffy nipples right as my cycle was ending.... I started nolvadex along with my clomid... i think its starting to get better, but kinda early to tell at this point.

They were more soft like they were holding water or fat under them.... not hard... although I had a little lump under one.
