      Default cement legs -- HELP!!!

I started my summer workouts 2 weeks ago. Everytime we run I'm getting latic acid built up so BAD in my legs that I feel like I'm carring cement in them. It goes away, after we run, but hell I cant have that shit, its all compition and its slowing me down. Does anybody have any thoughts on how to subside this nasty effect. Maybe some sumplement or just anything. I tried baking soda, but the stuff made me throw up so none of that, thanks guys.

      Ah, good ol' blood doping

The best way, honestly, is work through it and eventually more oxygen will get to your muscles and buffer the lactic acid naturally. Probably not what you wanted to hear.... but...

Yea, especially if you're a constant runner, it wont take long for the oxygen uptake to come full force. Theres a lot of scam supplements out there that claim to get 300% more oxygen to the muscle, but I think theyre bunk....
You want to increase the mitochondria in the muscle cells, and the best way to do that is aerboic exercise, like running. You can try loading 4 grams of sodium phosphate for about a week and its said to buffer lactic acid.....

Id wait on the EPO and see if you can work through it..
