      Just currious what kind of gains you got from this cycle how londg did you run it and how much you took? thks luke

      I did a sust deca cycle but no d-bol. Put on 20 lbs, Cycle ran out at 9 weeks. 500 of sust and 400 of deca a week. Lost only 2lbs 3 months later. Won't do sust again though.
      Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

      its a classic cycle. the first one I ever did as well. HOwever I don't use sust anymore. its more expensive than enanthate and you can't keep you T levels as level.

      this was my third cycle... which i just finished a couple weeks ago...

      750mgs of enanthate per week for 9 weeks
      300mgs of deca per week for 9 weeks
      30mgs of dbol per day for the first three weeks (started getting gyno symptoms... i ran novladex for a week or two until they stopped itching)

      total gains around 20-25 lbs... i had a back injury which resulted in me loosing some weight before i started... i think this is why i gained so much on a third cycle...

      i would choose sustanon over enthanate even though it is more expensive... i like the different mix of esters for shorter and longer term effects... plus i think it makes me hornier than the enanthate lol

      yeah, but if it isnt injected EOD you are wasting the prop in it.

      Now if you do an amp EOD then it would be benficial.
      But if you are only doing 2 injects a week...go with enanthate or cyp

      i did 500sust/300deca/30-45d-bol. gained 30lbs kept at least 25. i'd definately will do sust again even at 500mg a week. to each his own but it worked well for me.
