Tweethey i'm 18 and just started taking AS.
I just finished my first cycle of Deca, i took 1mL every 7 days for 8 weeks. I gained about 30 lbs(some muscle, some fat ).
I now plan to do an 8 week cycle of Depo same dosage. I am taking advice for my friend who has been taking AS for 6 months now and he got HUGE, Could i get some thoughts from you guys of my usage of AS.

Tweetbefore i started i was 6'0 172 lbs 33 inch waist
now after 8 weeks of deca i'm 200 lbs 37 inch waist
and my buddy that was taking it was about 160 give or take a couple LBS and now i would say he is close to 230 maybe more, maybe less. He is not too big, he is about just right.
i don't compete---
my training split is
mon-shoulder
tue- back
wed- arms
thur- legs
fri- chest
my diet isn't the best, any info from you guys would be much appreciated. I also don't want to get fat so i was thinking after my cycle of depo, i was going to stack deca and winny together.

here is the deal brother. alot of people here are going to tell you your to young and they may be right. i am now 22 and i started when i was 18 also. the difference though is i did it to compete with the older guys on stage. i am now about to start preparing for the NPC USA's which is a pro quilifier. i started lifting around 5'11 at 190 at the age of 17. as of today im 5'11 290 at 13-14%bf. all that weight gain didn't just come from steroids brother. it came from hard work in the gym, lots of calories, genetics, and lastly drugs. my point is, don't depend on drugs to accomplish your goals. kill your self in the gym, eat 6-10 meals per day and then the steroids. here is an example of my diet in the offseason, off cource you will take in less cals but you get the point. https://www.fitnessgeared.com/showthr...=&threadid=157

i take one of these a week, i thought it was 1mL, but i just take the amount that my friend tells me to take ( a lot of trust going on)
i do 3 to 4 sets of 10 reps on every muscle.
and i probably eat 6 meals a day.
Tweetits decanate(spelling?),i don't keep it at my house(parents seem to like to go through my stuff), and as far i know its 1mL.
My meals suck, as of Monday i'm going to use that diet that you linked to before. That is a lot of food!!!!. I usually try to drink 2 or 3 protein shakes a day and then eat meats and breads.

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

TweetDeca comes in many concentrations.. you could be putting anywhere from 50-400mg into your body each week. You need to know these things.

TweetMake sure you eat right, gear helps you steer your weight gain into muscle instead of just all fat, which is what happened if you consumed that kinda calories all natural, or of course it would just take forever and be alot more difficult to gain that kind of muscle.
Eating is the worst/hardest part of the thing for some of us, but if you dont eat the meat you dont build the meat.
